Each submission is reviewed by our team of document specialists. They can identify and correct mistakes such as incorrect case numbers, wrong court location listings, or forgotten signatures before the documents are filed in court. This saves valuable time from rejections.

Peace of Mind & Focus:

By allowing The Office of Regional to handle your need for filing court documents, you can rest assured that your requests will be handled and you can spend more time focusing on the important aspects of your case.

Proof of Service and Other Services:

When you file a lawsuit, you will need to file a petition or complaint and a summons. This is when you require a process server to legally serve these documents to the defendant. Once the process server has legally served the papers to the recipient, they fill out a Proof of Service with the name of the person served, to what address they were served, what time and date, and how the papers were served. The process server then signs the Proof of Service and it must be filed with the court. If you have us file your paperwork, there will be far fewer exchanges of the documents to be served, speeding up the entire court filing process.

Courier Services:

The Offices of Regional will pick up and deliver your documents wherever you need them to go. We are your one stop company for court services. We will do court research, provide process service, file your documents with the court, and deliver copies of them wherever you need.

Lawsuits are invariably stressful, expensive, time-consuming affairs with uncertain outcomes. As a consequence, most attorneys recommend that a lawsuit should only be pursued as a last resort after all other methods to resolve a disagreement have been considered or attempted.

There are, however, a number of alternatives to a lawsuit:

  • Direct Negotiations

  • Mediation

  • Arbitration

The FDCPA limits what Companies can do when attempting to contact you. They’re generally not allowed to:

  • Call you before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.

  • Yell, swear or use crude language.

  • Threaten you — whether with arrest, bodily harm, firing, deportation, public shaming or anything else.

  • Do anything else that could reasonably be construed as harassment (such as phoning incessantly or making hang-up calls).

Statue of Limitations:

A statute of limitations is a law passed by a legislative body in a common law system to set the maximum time after an event within which legal proceedings may be initiated.[1]

When the time specified in a statute of limitations passes, a claim might no longer be filed, or, if filed, may be liable to be struck out if the defense against that claim is, or includes, that the claim is time-barred as having been filed after the statutory limitations period. When a statute of limitations expires in a criminal case, the courts no longer have jurisdiction. Most crimes that have statutes of limitations are distinguished from serious crimes as these may be brought at any time.[2]

In civil law systems, similar provisions are typically part of their civil or criminal codes and known collectively as periods of prescription. The cause of action dictates the statute of limitations, which can be reduced (or extended) to ensure a fair trial.[3] The intention of these laws is to facilitate resolution within a "reasonable" length of time.[4] What period of time is considered "reasonable" varies from country to country, and within countries such as the United States from state to state.[5][6] Within countries and states, the statute of limitations may vary from one civil or criminal action to another. Some nations have no statute of limitations whatsoever.
